Join Plexus Tech. From Plexus we want to incorporate a Successfactors Consultant with at least 5 years of experience to join an expert team in the area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced level of English
- Availability for occasional trips to Germany
- Proven experience of at least one full cycle Employee Central Successfactors project.
- Proven experience in platform and Employee Central implementation with personnel administration, business rules, organizational structure, position management, etc.
- Participation in Successfactors roll out projects.
- Experience integrating Employee Central with other Successfactors modules.
- Advanced knowledge of Time off
- Be accustomed to requirements gathering, design development, scenario and test case preparation.
- Be certified in Employee Central.
- Analytical, problem solving and communication skills at functional and technical level.
- Teamwork, leadership, customer focus, results orientation and commitment.
