Requirements:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.
- Participate in technical requirements analysis and solution design.
- Mentor and support junior and intermediate developers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate on release planning and effort estimation.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Integrate with other systems and technologies using REST APIs, message/event queues, and file sharing.
