We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Payments Center team in the United Kingdom.
Requirements:
This role involves managing the infrastructure for CHAPS, BACS, and Faster Payments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining CHAPS, BACS, and Faster Payments systems.
- Working on projects across various business areas, understanding requirements, and collaborating closely with testing and support teams.
- Providing system updates, maintenance, and on-call support when needed.
- Participating in weekend implementations as required.
Additional responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily system management.
- Reporting regulatory changes in a timely manner.
- Identifying and reporting risks or issues that could impact SAN UK.
- Providing support to the company as needed.
- Ensuring systems are up-to-date.
- Translating business requirements into practical solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Technical knowledge of CHAPS and BACS payments.
- Experience with HP Non-Stop and TACL.
- Familiarity with IBM MQ.
- Knowledge of the RTGS program, including ISO 20022.
- API knowledge.
- Experience in change management.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Access to SWIFT Alliance.
- Experience with Vocalink.
