Technical Office Specialist – Proposals and Tendering (IT Sector)

Join Plexus Tech. We are currently looking for a Technical Office Specialist in Proposals and Tendering (both public and private: administrative, technical, and financial) in the IT sector to join the Plexus team.

We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and managing proposals in the technology sector for both public and private clients. You will join the Technical Proposals Office team to take part in the end-to-end preparation of technical and financial proposals for public tenders and private bids within the ICT sector. Your role will cover everything from the initial analysis of tender documents to the final submission, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with all requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of public procurement and applicable regulations.
• Proven experience in writing technical ICT proposals.
• Analytical skills to interpret requirements and translate them into clear and differentiated content.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Excellent writing skills and advanced use of office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or similar.
• Training in public procurement, project management, or ITIL will be a plus.
• Detailed analysis of technical and administrative tender documents (PPT/PCAP).
• Coordination with technical, commercial, pre-sales, and legal teams.
• Preparation of technical proposals, methodologies, work plans, and value propositions.
• Preparation of the financial proposal, ensuring alignment with the technical scope.
• Handling clarifications, requirements, and corrections.
• Active participation in internal continuous improvement processes within the proposals area.
