Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Support Technician.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6 years of experience in IT technical support.
  • At least 12 months of experience using tools for managing certifications and construction budgets in the railway sector.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • At least 3 years of experience managing incidents using ticketing platforms such as Jira and SAP Solution Manager.
  • At least 12 months of experience using the N-HACER tool.
  • Contractor user management processes.
  • Management of communication incidents from external ADIF networks.
  • Preparation of monthly processes in line with accounting closing calendars.
  • Technical budget loading.
  • Incident management in SAP using Solution Manager.
  • Price revision calculations based on contract formulas.
  • Updating price indexes for correct allocation to each contractor.
  • Management of communication processes between applications to ensure business process compliance and proper tool operation.
