Red Hat Linux Systems Administrator

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Red Hat Linux Systems Administrator.

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher vocational training degree in IT.

Experience with Red Hat operating systems technology.

At least 5 years of experience as a specialist in the operation and administration of Red Hat operating systems:

• Installation of Red Hat Linux operating systems
• Network configuration with nmcli, nmtui, ifcfg-*, ip, ss
• Creation and management of LVM, physical volumes, logical volumes, and volume groups
• Mounting advanced file systems (XFS, ext4, NFS, CIFS)
• Management of updates and security patches (dnf, yum, etc.)
• Configuration of centralized authentication: LDAP, Kerberos, FreeIPA
• Configuration of high availability (HA) clusters with Pacemaker
• Implementation of DRBD for real-time data replication
• User, group, and permission management (including ACLs, sudoers, etc.)
• Advanced process and service management with systemd
• Log management with rsyslog, journald, and analysis of /var/log
• Task automation with cron, anacron, and systemd timers
• Experience with container systems technology

At least 4 years of experience as a specialist in the operation, administration, and maintenance of OpenShift:

• Installation of OpenShift clusters
• Network configuration
• Management of routes, services, and ingress
• Load balancing and DNS configuration
• Integration with identity systems (LDAP, OAuth, etc.)
• Configuration of persistent volumes (PV/PVC)
• Integration with storage solutions (NFS, Ceph, GlusterFS, EBS, etc.)
• Support for development teams to troubleshoot application issues
• TLS certificate management
• Design and configuration of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, ArgoCD)
• Support to the security team in implementing compliance policies

Experience with automation systems technology:

• At least 4 years of experience as a specialist in operation, administration, and maintenance of automation systems:
• Development of scripts for repetitive tasks and process automation
• Creation of monitoring and maintenance scripts
• Development of Ansible playbooks for configuration and deployments
• Development of configuration files for multi-cloud deployments and setups

Nice to have:

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Automation with Ansible
