Application support

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for an Application Support Technician profile to join our on-site Technical Support teams in Tenerife and collaborate on a Public Administration project (Healthcare IT Sector).

Requirements:

• Higher Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications (for example, ASIR); or Intermediate or Higher Degree oriented to Application Development (DAW / DAM).
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in Application and SQL support.
• Experience in handling ticketing applications such as Remedy, Service Desk, etc.
