Join Plexus Tech. We are currently looking for an AWS DevOps profile to act as a technical reference for delivery teams, ensuring that integration, deployment, versioning, observability, and reliability processes are aligned with engineering best practices, promoting application stability, security, and scalability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience of more than 5 years in DevOps within complex and highly critical environments.
- Strong experience with GitHub Actions and advanced branching strategies.
- Experience in declarative deployments and GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm, …).
- Experience in Kubernetes observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger.
- Experience in centralized logging (EFK/ELK).
- Strong knowledge of Linux (administration and troubleshooting).
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of high availability, horizontal scalability, and resilience.
- Experience troubleshooting critical incidents and leading root cause analysis.
- Kubernetes certifications or related cloud certifications.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-cluster GitOps architectures.
- Experience with Service Mesh.
- Knowledge of container security.
- Integration of CI/CD with infrastructure provisioning processes.
- Practical use of AI tools to improve productivity.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish for interaction with global teams.
