Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a BMC Helix ITSM parameterization and configuration expert.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience customizing forms using BMC Helix Developer Studio and BMC Helix Innovation Studio
- Demonstrable experience with data ingestion processes using Spoon and Pentaho
- Demonstrable experience with Atrium Integrator
- Demonstrable experience generating reports (including Grafana)
- Knowledge of the various Helix ITSM REST APIs will be a plus
