Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI Engineer (DialogFlow CX + Node.js) to join an exciting and interesting project in the insurance sector.
Requirements:
DialogFlow CX
Required. Recent experience designing and implementing guided flows and generative conversational solutions.
Node.js (intermediate level): backend development with good coding practices, design patterns, and dependency management.
Integrations with external APIs (REST / Webhooks).
Git version control and familiarity with Gitflow-style workflows.
Fastify (desirable)
Postman (desirable)
GCP (especially BigQuery) (desirable)
Knowledge or experience with generative models (Vertex AI, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
Experience in prompt optimization, conversation quality assessment, and continuous bot improvement.
