Join Plexus Tech. We are currently looking for a Roku Platform Developer responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining applications (channels) for Roku streaming devices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with BrightScript to define application logic and behavior.
- Experience with the SceneGraph (RSG) framework to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for TV.
- Experience in Roku channel development, including building applications from scratch, handling UI components, navigation, and metadata management.
- Experience in API and web service integration: RESTful APIs, JSON or XML, and video content handling.
- Experience in streaming and video: transmission protocols (HLS, DASH) and video formats compatible with Roku.
