DLP Analyst

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a DLP Analyst profile to support the organisation in strengthening its risk culture, developing capabilities against insider threats and meeting regulatory and financial crime compliance obligations. The ideal candidate will proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help define processes that protect the bank against insider threats.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Promote and foster a strong risk culture and behaviours aligned with I AM Risk principles across the organisation.
• Identify, assess, manage and report risks, taking personal responsibility for acting ethically and in compliance with regulatory requirements, normative frameworks and internal policies.
• Drive actions to minimise or mitigate identified risks, including conduct and operational risks.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and incorporate them into daily activities and risk management processes.
• Support the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in relation to Financial Crime Compliance.
• Research industry best practices and contribute to the design and implementation of products and processes that protect the organisation against insider threats.
• Develop meaningful metrics to measure the effectiveness of controls and initiatives related to insider threats.
• Contribute positively to continuous improvement efforts within the insider threat domain.
