Generative AI Engineer

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer for the development of generative AI systems, from models directly and through APIs, such as monitoring and security systems, as well as end-to-end knowledge for data vectorization, storage and detailed knowledge of the use and management of vector databases, mainly for RAG systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or degree in computer science, systems engineering, industrial engineering or other IT-related engineering or those such as mathematics, statistics, physical sciences or similar
• More than 5 years of experience developing software with Python, FastAPI and/or Flask and more than 3 years in developing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, especially in NLP and more specifically with experience with embeddings
• Minimum of 1/1.5 years of experience developing generative AI systems (chatbot RAGs, etc.) and extensive use of frameworks such as pytorch (ideally) or tensorflow
• Advanced knowledge in the use of CI/CD tools and processes (Git, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD, Github Actions, etc.) and use of QA systems on a day-to-day basis (SonarQube or similar) and in QA cycles
• Development and/or use of RAG systems and BM25 algorithms or similar, including the ability to optimize and adapt these algorithms to improve relevance and accuracy in information retrieval
