Join Plexus Tech. We’re looking for new colleagues with experience as a Level 1 Support Technician in a multi-client support center (English and Spanish) for network infrastructure, systems, and microcomputers.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing support and maintenance services that combine hardware, software, systems, and networks:
    • Antivirus, email, client applications, operating systems, peripherals, printers, scanners, phones (iOS and Android), etc.
    • Knowledge of Office 365
    • Networking: VLANs, configurable switches, APs
  • Experience in ticket management and tracking, such as Remedy or Jira.
  • Knowledge of remote connections is essential, such as Teamviewer or Anydesk.
  • Client communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of management tools and the Package Office.
