Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for someone with experience in Operational Management with Opera Cloud and functional knowledge of the application.
The position requires occasional international travel and in-office attendance in Palma 1-2 days a week.
Requirements:
- Monitoring of Opera Cloud functional enhancement release processes
- Participation in Opera Cloud implementation projects (user support)
- Ability to lead Opera Cloud training processes
- General user support and support for certain incidents.
