Streaming Platforms Operator

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for up to 4 Streaming Operators with a minimum of 6 months of professional experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed academic qualification (Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training) related to IT and/or Audiovisual sectors.
• Minimum 6 months of previous experience as an Operator in Television and/or Streaming environments.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Madrid.
• Availability/interest to work in rotating shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night) from Monday to Sunday between 7:30 am and 1:30 am.
• Operation of streaming platforms and Social Media: YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, X, Instagram, as well as video formats and players (VLC).
• Television: Rundowns and/or programming schedules and/or TV control rooms (production control, master control, continuity).
• Operating Systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android) and Office tools (Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Management of encoders/decoders.
• Workflows with broadcast HD-SDI signals (control rooms, continuity, studios, etc.).
• Golumito system.
• User support and operation of streaming platforms.

The selected profiles will be integrated into our Streaming Support and Operations Service teams in Madrid and will participate in a company project in collaboration with a major national television network.
