SAP HCM Advisor

Join Plexus Tech. From Plexus we need to incorporate a SAP HCM onsultant with at least 4 years of experience to join the development team in an important national and international project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a SAP HR Payroll Consultant of more than 3 years is required.
• Demonstrable experience in the parameterization of the payroll schema and rules, extra pay, IRPF, Social Security, AFI, FDI, DELTA, Contrat@, Siltr@, collective bargaining agreements, salary receipt, transfers, accounting, integration with time module, etc.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills at functional and technical levels
• Teamwork, leadership, customer focus, results orientation and commitment.
• Be accustomed to requirements gathering, design development, scenario and test case preparation.

• You will participate in implementation, migration and/or maintenance projects for first level clients.
