Computer Support Technician CAU

At Plexus we are looking to incorporate a Computer Support Technician to be part of our 24*7 Technical Support teams in Santiago de Compostela.

Requirements:

• Experience in resolving incidents and configuring: Antivirus, email, client applications, OS, peripherals, printers, scanner, phones (IOs and Android), etc
• Knowledge of Office 365, networks: vlans, configurable switches, APs
• Be able to work, mainly, on weekends.
• Medium - high level of English
