Microcomputer and Network Support Technician

Join Plexus Tech. At Plexus we are looking for a Field Technician / Microcomputer Support Technician and on-site Networks in Tarragona, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience performing computer support functions.

Requirements:
– Intermediate or Higher Degree Qualification related to Computing and/or Networks (SMR or ASIR).
– Valid driver’s license (Type B).
– Availability to move daily around Tarragona and surrounding areas, among different clients.

Features:
– Microcomputer support for users (Microsoft Windows / Linux OS environments).
– Platforming and preparation of equipment.
– Installation, configuration and resolution of incidents of peripherals (printers, POS terminals, readers, monitors, etc.)
– Network installation.
– Resolution of Software and Hardware incidents.
– Management of ticketing tools.
