Join Plexus Tech. We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our Digital Channels team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fintech, digital product, or SaaS environment.
- Analytics Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for data analysis will be a plus.
- Data Storytelling: Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively present findings to stakeholders.
- Google Analytics: Intermediate-Advanced.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset, focused on solving complex problems using data.
- A/B Testing: Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate product hypotheses and feature performance.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Advanced English proficiency
