Requirements:
- Higher Technician in one of the “Computer Science and Communications” training courses or similar.
- B driving license.
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT projects.
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service and in-person and remote technical support for IT incident resolution.
- At least 1 year’s experience with remote support tools.
