Join Plexus Tech. We’re looking for a Support Technician with at least 3 years’ experience.

Requirements:

  • Senior Technician in the professional field. Advanced training courses in Network Information Systems Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in incident resolution and service request management using JIRA SERVICE DESK and/or Pandora tools.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in microcomputers and office automation.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with mobile devices and Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • At least 3 years’ experience supporting Android/iOS mobile operating systems.
  • At least 3 years’ experience providing VIP support to senior management as end users of public organizations.
