Join Plexus Tech. We are seeking a Network SDM Expert with communication skills, people management skills, and technical knowledge in the field of communications (routing, switching, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Requirements:
- Operational contract management. Manage all operational aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with the agreed terms and conditions.
- Resource management. This involves appropriately allocating available human, financial, and technological resources to meet project objectives.
- Service delivery supervision. Oversee PLEXUS’s provision of services, ensuring that agreed service levels are met and service quality is maintained (management of indicators, KPIs, and SLAs).
- Customer relationship management. Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the service provider, ensuring clear and effective communication and managing customer expectations.
- Conflict Resolution. Identify and address any issues or conflicts that arise during service delivery, working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Process Optimization. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of delivered services, and collaborate with providers to implement continuous improvements.
- Risk Management. Assess and manage risks associated with service delivery, ensuring measures are taken to mitigate any potential risks that may affect the quality or continuity of service.
- Reporting and Analysis. Prepare regular reports on service performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, and provide analysis to support decision-making.
- Team Leadership. Ensure professionals have sufficient resources to perform their duties. Facilitate ongoing training
