- Experience as a technical analyst, designing solutions, structuring code, reviewing code quality, ensuring best practices.
- Experience in full-stack development or specialized in Java or React
- Knowledge of best practices in development, testing, and version control
- Ability to work autonomously and with a problem-solving mindset
- Desire to continue learning and take on technical challenges
