Join Plexus Tech. We’re looking for Android developers with at least 5 years of experience in native development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of continuous, specialized experience in native Android development
- Experience with projects consisting of libraries or that publish SDKs as a product.
- Working experience on projects requiring accessibility is essential.
- Proficiency in Kotlin as a programming language.
- Extensive knowledge of visibility and extensibility in Kotlin.
- Knowledge of Flow and Coroutines.
- Version control systems, preferably Git.
- Use of CI/CD tools: Bitrise (or similar: Github Workflow, Jenkins, etc.)
- Agile development methodologies.
- Workflow for creating/reviewing PRs and QA testing (QA).
- Architecture knowledge (MVP, MVVM, and Clean) and experience working with Compose.
- Remote data retrieval libraries: Retrofit (or similar: Ktor).
- Local data retrieval libraries: Room, DataStore, and SharedPreferences.
- Accessibility
- Jetpack Compose
- Testing
- Static code analysis tools: Detekt (or similar: Ktlint, Spotless, etc.)
- Additional testing knowledge: TDD, Instrumental Tests.
- Annotation processing libraries such as KSP or code generation tools such as Kotlin Poet.
- Native Spanish language skills.
- English level equivalent to B2.
