Join Plexus Tech. We are currently looking for a Pre-Sales, Proposals, and Technology Tendering Consultant (administrative, technical, and financial) in the IT sector to join the Plexus team.
We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and managing proposals in the technology sector for both public and private clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of public procurement and applicable regulations.
- Proven experience in writing technical ICT proposals.
- Analytical skills to interpret requirements and translate them into clear and differentiated content.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent writing skills and advanced use of office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or similar.
- Training in public procurement, project management, or ITIL will be a plus.
