Project Manager

Join Plexus Tech. We are currently looking for a Project Management profile based in Madrid.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Planning, coordination, supervision, and control of managed services delivered to the client.
• Planning and organization of project resources.
• Daily service management: operational follow-up, resolution of critical incidents, and escalation management.
• Direct interaction with client stakeholders, service providers, and key users.
• Management of operational documentation, technical protocols, manuals, and quality procedures.
• Alignment with continuous improvement processes and support in ISO 9001 quality audits.
• Coordination of technical training and knowledge transfer processes.
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services, preferably in critical environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (Service Desk, end-user computing, systems, applications, and infrastructure).
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft 365, JIRA, advanced Excel, Service Desk, Power BI, and Project.
• Experience in financial tracking and management of technical specifications.
• Experience in multidisciplinary projects performing Project Manager duties.
• Permanent contract + on-site position in Madrid.
