AI Architect

Join Plexus Tech. We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect with solid experience in Data environments, Artificial Intelligence, and event-driven architectures, to participate in high-impact initiatives within the financial sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming business needs into robust, scalable architectures aligned with corporate standards, ensuring technical quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

You will work cross-functionally with development, product, infrastructure, and security teams, contributing to the design of critical solutions in complex and highly regulated environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Design end-to-end solution architectures based on best practices, design patterns, and enterprise architecture principles, focused on data, analytics, and batch/streaming processing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams (UML, Archimate) in line with corporate standards.
• Ensure compliance with architecture principles, security, performance, resilience, and scalability.
• Define and govern the use of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures (EDA), batch/streaming pipelines, and data models.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
• Participate in technical committees and design reviews.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or BIAN.
• Evaluate technologies and propose alternatives for new projects or transformation processes.
• Contribute to the standardization of architectural patterns and best practices within the organization.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• CI/CD and artifact management: Jenkins, Bitbucket.
• Data architecture: Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse (Snowflake).
• Integration and processing: Kafka / AMQ / MSK, batch and streaming pipelines, ingestion optimization.
• Data governance and compliance: lineage, cataloging, classification, GDPR/LOPD.
• Observability: logs, metrics, and distributed tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Machine Learning models: supervised, unsupervised, and time series.
• Batch and streaming scoring architectures integrated via APIs or events.
• MLOps: CI/CD/CT, model versioning, monitoring, and drift detection.
• GenAI: RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and secure prompt management.
• Model risk, explainability (XAI), and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of Archimate.
• Data Mesh and advanced Lakehouse.
• NoSQL databases: document, graph, and time series.
• Pipeline orchestrators: Airflow.
• Data virtualization: Denodo.
• Transactional formats: Iceberg.
• Advanced NLP, multimodal models, and Document Intelligence.
• Fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, adapters).
• Enterprise Feature Stores (batch and real-time).
• Hybrid and low-latency edge AI deployments.
• Tools such as Bizzdesign.
• Knowledge of Project Management or Service Management.
