Java Tech Lead

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Tech Lead with previous experience in the role and at least 5 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot environments to participate in a product.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Java 8 or higher and Spring Boot.
- Experience in monolithic architectures, preferably in demanding and high-complexity projects. Experience in microservices architectures will be positively valued.
- Willingness to participate in a currently monolithic project that will progressively evolve towards more decoupled architectures.
- Experience in high-load projects with strong requirements in optimization, performance, and latency. Experience in real-time systems and concurrency will be especially valued.
- Experience in event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, MQTT, RabbitMQ, or equivalents).
- Important: Availability for 24/7 on-call rotations and occasional travel.
