Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Support Technician.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 years of experience in IT technical support.
- At least 12 months of experience using tools for managing certifications and construction budgets in the railway sector.
- At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- At least 3 years of experience managing incidents using ticketing platforms such as Jira and SAP Solution Manager.
- At least 12 months of experience using the N-HACER tool.
- Contractor user management processes.
- Management of communication incidents from external ADIF networks.
- Preparation of monthly processes in line with accounting closing calendars.
- Technical budget loading.
- Incident management in SAP using Solution Manager.
- Price revision calculations based on contract formulas.
- Updating price indexes for correct allocation to each contractor.
- Management of communication processes between applications to ensure business process compliance and proper tool operation.
