Join Plexus Tech. At Plexus we are looking for a Change Management Consultant with at least 10 years of experience, to join the team and be part of an important project.
REQUIREMENTS;
Functional knowledge of the Insurance sector and/or the Healthcare sector. Experience in organizational and/or technology consulting, and having participated in transformation projects.
High level of interlocution, to be able to speak the same functional language as the users.
Experience in change management projects derived from the implementation of systems, and managing the specific role of dialogue with the user, preparation of training plans, etc. and in general the development of activities aimed at facilitating users’ changes in operations due to changes in the system.
Experience in generating documentation: requirements documents, training plans, training guides, etc.
Experience in direction and team management.
Experience in implementations of CRM and ERP systems.
Knowledge of the Salesforce system.
