BPMN Camunda Process Designer / Flow Architect Expert

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a BPMN Camunda Expert profile with the following specific characteristics for a major banking sector project with significant weight in the ICT sector (high level of English is essential).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience in workflow design with BPMN 2.0 (or equivalent orchestration/process modelling tools) in real delivery environments.
- Solid knowledge of orchestration in distributed systems: retries, timeouts, idempotency, error handling and compensation/saga patterns.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: product, operations, architecture and software engineering.
- Ability to communicate designs clearly (diagram and narrative) and achieve consensus among different stakeholders.
- Comfort working in regulated and high-availability environments with strict governance and audit requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Camunda 8 (Zeebe), including execution-oriented modelling and operability.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging patterns and API integration design.
- Familiarity with workflow observability and operations (e.g. incident triage, monitoring dashboards, process KPIs).
- Experience in banking/financial services or other complex business domains.
- Experience in defining reusable process pattern libraries and training teams in modelling best practices.
- Fluent English, written and spoken (minimum C1).
