Senior Consultant / IT Manager

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Senior Consultant / IT Manager profile with solid experience in financial technology transformation, IT governance, executive reporting and committee support.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Executive reporting
   • Coordination of information and deliverables towards strategic partners.
   • Development of bilingual (ES/EN) dashboards, presentations and executive materials.

   2. IT Governance, Risk and Compliance

   • Monitoring of internal/external audits, findings and remediation plans.
   • Supervision of technology governance, IT security and regulatory compliance.

   3. Cost optimisation and sourcing

   • Review of technology OPEX and operational efficiency analysis.
   • Optimisation of contracts, licences and sourcing models.
   • Assessment of the TCO of key initiatives, especially in cloud environments.

   4. Committee support

   • Preparation of materials, minutes and documentation for strategic and technical committees.
   • Coordination with high-level stakeholders and follow-up on agreements.

• Senior consultant or manager with 10+ years in banking.
• Demonstrable experience in financial IT transformation.
• Proficiency in executive reporting, presentations and committee materials.
• Solid experience in governance, risk, compliance and auditing.
• Knowledge of sourcing, cost optimisation and FinOps.
• Experience in regulated environments and high-impact projects.
