REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Computer Systems Administration or similar.
Experience in resolving incidents, requests, and inquiries both on-site and remotely.
Experience in installing and configuring user workstation hardware and software.
Experience supporting events and VIPs.
