Java Architect

Join Plexus Tech. We need to incorporate a Java Architect with at least 4 years of experience for an important project in the banking sector.

Requirements:

• Experience in the design and programming of REST/SOAP services.
• Experience in the use of JDBC and Hibernate
• Experience in the use of JMS, Kafka, Artemis or similar products..
• Experience in using JUnit for unit tests.
• Design/development based on TDD (Test Driven Development) methodology.
• Experience with functional testing and load testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, etc.
• Experience in the use of SVN and git repos (right now we use bitbucket but soon GitHub).
• Experience in the use of application servers: Oracle WebLogic, IBM Liberty, Red Hat Jboss, etc.
• Experience in transactional management using Enterprise JavaBeans will be an asset.
• Experience in the knowledge and use of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Linux systems and use of Shell Script is a plus.
• Experience in thread analysis and JVM memory usage is a plus.
• Experience in the use of OSGI lightweight container (Eclipse Equinox, Apache Felix, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in other languages is an asset: C, C++, JavaScript, Go, Python, Angular.
• Knowledge in the operation of communication networks (proxies, firewalls, VLANs and routing) is an asset.
