Join Plexus Tech. We are seeking a Network Administration Specialist (NATO). ON-SITE – POLAND
Requirements:
- Incident Resolution:
Timely resolution of incidents according to the SLA.
Root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues. - Network Administration:
Day-to-day management of LAN hardware and software.
Ensure the functionality of locally installed COTS hardware. - Troubleshooting:
Lead technical issue resolution initiatives.
Provide guidance to team members. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate network configurations and technical documentation.
Document the cabling network, interconnections, staff roles, etc. - Reports and Proposals:
Provide improvement reports and configuration control data.
Support the Section Chief with recommendations and technical input. - Preventive Maintenance:
Execute preventive maintenance plans. - Configuration and Asset Management:
Comply with NATO asset/configuration policies.
Maintain accurate inventories of network assets. - Meetings and Coordination:
Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
Coordinate with other teams and follow NATO processes.
