Requirements:

Provide administrative, operational and coordination assistance to the Project Management Office (PMO) team.

Documentation management

Data Tracking and Reporting

Administrative support – Resource coordination – Financial monitoring

Tools and software management

Tracking issues and risks

Meeting coordination – Training and onboarding

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

High english level.
