Requirements:
- Banking sector
- Strong skills in agile ceremonies and workshops
- Knowledge of Lean Agile, SCRUM, and Kanban frameworks
- Use of Jira (preferred) or similar
- Current SCRUM MASTER certification
- Knowledge of SAFe, Less, Nexus, or the Spotify model is desirable
