Senior Python Developer.

Join Plexus Tech. We are currently looking for a colleague to join us as a Senior Python Developer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years as a Python developer, ideally in ETL. Experience with data processing libraries such as PySpark and/or Pandas.
• Experience designing and managing ETL pipelines.
• Experience with AWS (Glue, S3, CloudWatch Events) is a plus.
• Familiarity with managing large datasets in Big Data clusters.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and SonarQube.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Commitment to clean code principles to ensure readable and high-quality code.
• Containers: Docker. AWS knowledge: Glue, S3, CloudWatch Events (nice to have).
• Big Data: Experience managing Big Data clusters.
• Data processing: Optimization of workflows and performance in distributed environments. Version control: Git.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, SonarQube, and similar.
• Clean code principles: Best practices for maintainable, readable, and efficient code. Results-oriented mindset: Ability to develop and maintain efficient and scalable ETL processes.
• Attention to detail: Accuracy in processing and transforming large datasets.
• Teamwork: Collaboration with data analysts, data scientists, and DevOps teams. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and apply new tools and technologies as needed.
• Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to data processing and Big Data infrastructure.
• Attention to detail: Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
