REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager.
- 5+ years of experience in senior-level programming (iOS and Android).
- Strong development practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing.
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of KPI and OKR metrics.
- Knowledge of React (Web).
- Intermediate level of English.
