REQUISITOS:
- High level of English
- Availability to travel to Germany.
- Proven experience of at least one full cycle Employee Central Successfactors project..
- Proven experience in platform and Employee Central implementation with personnel administration, business rules, organizational structure, position management, etc..
- Participation in Successfactors roll out projects.
- Experience integrating Employee Central with other Successfactors modules..
- Advanced knowledge of Time off
- Be accustomed to requirements gathering, design development, scenario and test case preparation..
- Be certified in Employee Central.
- Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills at functional and technical levels.
- Teamwork, leadership, customer focus, results orientation and commitment..
