Level 2 Network Technician

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Level 2 Network Technician to join our network support and operations team.

The selected candidate will participate in the management, diagnosis, and resolution of network incidents, providing specialized technical support and actively contributing to ensuring service continuity and quality in critical and multi-client environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Resolution of Level 2 incidents related to network and WiFi infrastructures.
• Advanced analysis of connectivity and performance issues.
• Escalation and coordination with higher levels, vendors, or third parties when necessary.
• Technical communication with clients and preparation of intervention reports.
• Participation in continuous improvement of service procedures and best practices.
• Strong networking knowledge: protocols, topologies, and IP addressing.
• Experience in Switching, Wireless, and Routing.
• Experience with at least one of the following vendors: Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus, HPE, Huawei, or Mikrotik.
• Use of traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark for advanced diagnostics.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and teamwork.
• Ability to manage complex incidents in a structured and efficient manner.
• Proactive attitude, interest in continuous learning, and commitment to service quality.
• Technical English, fluent level for reading documentation and interacting with vendor support.
• Network certifications: CCNA, Aruba, or equivalent.
• Experience in corporate or multi-client environments.
• Knowledge of network security.
• Experience in incident management, reporting, and client communication.
• Training or interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to technical operations.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting (Python and/or Ansible) to optimize recurring tasks.
