IT Support Technician

At Plexus we are looking to incorporate a Computer Support Technician profile for our CAU with two years of experience and a high level of English. You will belong to the team that performs weekend and night shifts.

Requirements:

• Antivirus, email, client applications, OS, peripherals, printers, scanner, phones (IOs and Android), etc.
• Knowledge of Office 365.
• Networks: vlans, configurable switches, APs.
• Experience in ticket management, tracking, example Remedy or Jira.
• Knowledge of remote connection, example teamviewer, anydesk.
